We offer many appetizers on our menu. On the island of Crete, friends gather at an Estiatorio or Taverna and enjoy long evenings sharing appetizers, wine and conversation; lingering over the freshness. We invite you to sit and embrace this amicable custom while we hand make each dish to order.
We believe that great food can only come from quality ingredients. Whenever available, we serve fresh, organic vegetables. All of our meats are raised respectfully without hormones: Oregon Cascade Natural Beef, Draper Valley Free Range Chickens, and New Zealand Lambs. The olive oil used is a very fine first press from the island of Crete.
